Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is leading an unprecedented campaign for the State of Israel to officially recognize the Christian Evangelical community and to simplify the process necessary to obtain entry and work visas, according to the Hebrew daily Ma'ariv.

Over the past few years it has become increasingly difficult for some Christian clergy and volunteers of Christian organizations to obtain visas necessary to stay and serve in the country. More

PA, Abbas (Arafat in a suit) Bless Rabbi’s Murderers as ‘Martyrs’

IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas publicly proclaimed three terrorists who murdered a Jewish father of seven children to be “shaheeds” – holy martyrs, according to a report by the PA media watchdog, Palestinian Media Watch.

Abbas declared the killers – all members of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades -- to be shaheeds and sent his personal emissary to visit their families following last Thursday’s attack. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades is part of the Fatah faction, which is headed by Abbas. PA Prime Minister Salam Fayyad personally visited the families, along with a number of top PA officials, and condemned the IDF operation. More

Islamists removing inscription from Ezekiel's tomb in Iraq

In a bid to erase all Jewish connections to Iraq, in which Jews lived for approximately 2000 years, the original Hebrew inscriptions and ornamentation are being removed (or have been removed) from the tomb of Ezekiel (Yechezkel), the prophet who lived during the period of the destruction of the First Jewish Temple (approximately 600 years before the common era).

Israel: 'Evangelicals deserve our support'

The Foreign Ministry and the Interior Ministry differed in opinions this week regarding the status of and benefits given to Evangelicals in Israel, Army Radio reported Wednesday.

Israel's Right to the 'Disputed' Territories

The recent statements by the European Union's new foreign relations chief Catherine Ashton criticizing Israel have once again brought international attention to Jerusalem and the settlements. However, little appears to be truly understood about Israel's rights to what are generally called the "occupied territories" but what really are "disputed territories."

That's because the land now known as the West Bank cannot be considered "occupied" in the legal sense of the word as it had not attained recognized sovereignty before Israel's conquest. Contrary to some beliefs there has never been a Palestinian state, and no other nation has ever established Jerusalem as its capital despite it being under Islamic control for hundreds of years. Court Suits Against Illegal Arab Castle, Stadium

(IsraelNN.com) Land of Israel loyalists protest to Supreme Court about an illegal million-dollar Arab castle being built near Gush Etzion – and an illegal stadium built just outside Psagot.

The luxurious, Roman-architecture style mansion is being built in territory under total Israeli control, known as Area C under the Oslo Accords. It stands, nearly finished, in an Arab outpost near the village of Hussan, not far from Sde Boaz in western Gush Etzion.  Stop-work orders have been issued against the structure, but they have never been enforced. Radical Islam's Defiling of Christmas

While Christians around the world were celebrating Christmas, radical Muslims were gathering in Atlanta, Georgia for the beginning of their annual hatefest. The irony of this cannot be overstated, as the group sponsoring the event, ICNA, and its followers openly denounce Christians and propagate material cursing and calling for violence against Christians.

A Tale of Two Gazas: Website Pictures Deny ‘Humanitarian Crisis’

(IsraelNN.com) The Arabic-language PalToday website, based in Gaza, recently posted pictures showing a world of plenty for residents, despite more than two years of reports that the area is suffering from a humanitarian crisis. However, its English website for foreign audiences showed a picture of misery, focusing on a girl who wanted her terrorist father freed by Israel.

The pictures on the Arabic-language site were posted for the Eid al Adha Muslim festival, which recalls the forefather Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son, who the Bible states was Isaac. The Muslim tradition substitutes him with Ishmael. More
